How To Apply

Please approach our Centre Admin or Centre Leader for more information.

During registration, you will receive our registration form together with a GIRO form and a list of supporting documents to be submitted in a checklist.

A non-refundable registration fee is payable upon submission of the Registration Form or upon confirmation of placement for new students.

Original and photocopy of all the listed documents must be submitted to our centre in order to be considered for admission.

Documents Required for Enrolment

For Singapore Citizens
  1. Child’s Birth Certificate
  2. Child’s Entry/Re-entry Permit
  3. NRIC of both parents or Entry/Re-entry Permits if they do not possess Singapore NRIC
  4. Vaccination certificate / Health Booklet – your child must complete MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) and DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccinations prior to registration
  5. Recent passport-sized photo of your child
  6. Bank Account Number for GIRO Application.
  7. Legal Guardian’s NRIC, if applicable
  8. Legal documents from lawyers bearing both parents’ signatories confirming legal guardianship of the child, if applicable

 

Note – Additional information and supporting documents may be requested to support the registration.

For Singapore Permanent Residents (PR)
  1. Child’s Birth Certificate
  2. Child’s Entry/Re-entry Permit
  3. NRIC of both parents or Entry/Re-entry Permits if they do not possess Singapore NRIC
  4. Vaccination certificate / Health Booklet – your child must complete MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) and DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccinations prior to registration
  5. Recent passport-sized photo of your child
  6. Bank Account Number for GIRO Application.
  7. Legal Guardian’s NRIC, if applicable

For Foreigners
  1. Child’s passport/visit pass/Dependant’s Pass

*If your child does not hold a Dependant Pass, our centre will apply for a Student’s Pass (STP) for your child and is subjected to assessment and approval by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA)

  1. Child’s Birth Certificate
  2. NRIC/ Dependant’s Pass/Passport of both parents
  3. Vaccination certificate / Health Booklet – your child must complete MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella) and DPT (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) vaccinations prior to registration

Financial Assistance

There are many subsidies and financial assistance schemes available to make childcare services more affordable for parents by defraying the cost of the monthly school fees. These schemes are only applicable to children who are Singapore Citizens.

Government Subsidies for Infant Care & Child Care

Government subsidies for Infant Care and Child Care help to defray preschool fees for Singaporean children.

There are 2 types of subsidies available:

  1. Basic Subsidy
  2. Additional Subsidy

     

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

1. Basic Subsidy

All children who are Singapore Citizens are eligible for a Basic Subsidy.

A higher amount is given if the applicant is a working mother or single father who works at least 56 hours per month.


2. Additional Subsidy


a) A working mother or a single father who works at least 56 hours per month.
b) Families with gross monthly household income^ of $12,000 and below are eligible for an Additional Subsidy. Larger families* with Per Capita Income^ of $3,000 and below can also apply for Additional Subsidy. The amount of fee assistance is tiered according to your monthly household income, and is assessed and/or approved by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).


^Before CPF deduction and include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and allowances

*With 5 or more family members, with at least 3 dependants who are not earning an income


LEVEL OF SUBSIDY

The amount of fee assistance will be disbursed directly to the childcare centre your child is enrolled in. You will only need to pay the net fees after the subsidy.


HOW TO APPLY

Please approach our Centre Admin or Centre Leader directly to request for the Child Care Subsidy Application Form, if your child is already enrolled with us. If your child is newly enrolled to our centre, you may request for the Child Care Subsidy Application Form during registration as well.

Childcare Financial Assistance and Start-Up Grant

The Childcare Financial Assistance scheme offers additional help for low-income families with difficult family circumstances, and who face difficulties paying childcare fees even after receiving Basic and Additional Subsidies. 

These families can also apply for a one-time Start-Up Grant, to pay for the initial costs of enrolling their child into an infant or childcare centre.


LEVEL OF SUBSIDY

The amount of fee assistance will be disbursed directly to the childcare centre your child is enrolled in. You will only need to pay the net fees after the subsidy. 


ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  1. The child must be a Singapore Citizen
  2. Mother/Single father is working at least 56 hours per month, or have valid reasons if unable to work.
  3. Families with gross monthly household income of $3,500 and below or Per Capita Income (PCI) of $875 and below. 

Note – Application is subjected to assessment and/or approval by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
