We collect personal data provided during enquiry, registration and enrolment, including names, contact details, identification documents, vaccination records, medical and dietary information, and information needed to administer government subsidies.
2. How we use your information
- To process enrolment applications and administer places at our centres
- To provide care, education and health and safety support for your child
- To communicate with you about your child’s progress and centre activities
- To administer fees, GIRO arrangements and government subsidy applications
- To meet regulatory and reporting obligations
3. Photographs and media
We may photograph or record children as part of learning documentation and centre communications. Consent preferences are collected at registration and can be updated at any time by contacting your centre.
4. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share information only where necessary with regulatory bodies, service providers acting on our behalf, and where required by law.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and is protected by appropriate organisational and technical safeguards.
