Preschool Teacher
Lead a class across all six learning areas, plan enquiry-based experiences and document each child’s progress. English or Mother Tongue.

We are looking for educators who see early childhood as a craft — and who want to keep getting better at it for years, not months. Six centres, one shared curriculum, and a leadership team that has been doing this for more than forty-five years.
Good teachers leave preschools that treat them as interchangeable. We have built this around the opposite idea.

You are not delivering someone else’s worksheet. You plan around what your children are genuinely curious about, and you see the results across the six learning areas every single term.
Assistant Teacher to Lead Teacher, Senior Teacher and centre leadership — with the mentoring and the qualifications support to actually get there. Several of our centre leaders started in an LSS classroom.

North, east, central and west. Tell us where you live and we will talk about the centres that make your commute bearable.
Beacons of Light is not a slogan here. It shapes how we teach children — and how we treat each other in the staffroom.
Mentoring, curriculum training, career pathways and formation in faith and virtue.
Positions across all six centres. If you don’t see your role here, send a speculative application — we keep good ones on file and come back to them.

Support the lead teacher with care routines, small-group work and the daily rhythm of the classroom, with a mentor alongside you from day one.
Lead a schoolhouse: curriculum quality, staff development, parent partnership and the day-to-day life of the centre.
The first voice families hear. Enrolment paperwork, subsidy submissions, fee collection and day-to-day centre administration.
Prepare the meals and maintain the spaces that make a twelve-hour day possible. Full-time and part-time positions.
Send us your CV anyway. We keep good applications on file and come back to them when something opens up.
You will speak to the people you would actually work with, and you will see a classroom before you decide.
The form takes about five minutes. Attach a CV if you have one to hand — if you don’t, send it anyway and we will follow up.
Fifteen minutes to understand what you are looking for, which centres suit you, and when you could start.
Meet the centre leader, walk through a classroom on an ordinary morning, and ask the teachers whatever you want to ask them.
With a clear start date, an induction plan and the name of the colleague who will mentor you through your first term.
